To visit India is to visit a living, breathing museum where the past exists comfortably beside the present.
This stunning trek takes place in Kerela, one of the smallest states in India. The state stretches for about 360 miles along the Malabar coast on the western side of the Indian peninsula. Kerela has evolved a unique culture, and is a land of great natural beauty. From the majestic heights of the Western Ghats the country undulates westward presenting a vista of silent valleys clothed in the richest green.
We trek for 5 days on an unforgettable journey of a lifetime, through this stunning and exotic region. The terrain is undulating, through valleys and mountain terrain of the great Western Ghats, a unique ecosystem with rolling grasslands, montane forests, Shola forests, valleys of rhododendrons, wild flowers, gurgling mountain streams, tea plantations and beautiful villages.
