There are 7 easy steps to follow to create your own bespoke overseas event:

1. Choose your activity. Would trekking, cycling or horse riding be the most appealing to your  supporters?

2. Choose your destination. Long haul or short haul? Africa or Asia?

3. Set your registration fee and minimum sponsorship amounts

4. Market your event to all your supporters

5. Hold an information day for your participants where they can learn more about your event and ask any questions they may have

6. Provide a final list of participants to us 10 weeks prior to the trip

7. Wave your participants off on the trip of a lifetime.
