From the sophisticated pleasures and carnival city of Rio de Janeiro to the immensity of the dark Amazon, Brazil is a country of mythic proportions. All the
while, the people of Brazil delight visitors with their energy, natural passion and culture.
Join us in Rio de De Janeiro for a spectuacular running event, whether your feet fancy the challenge at a full marathon, half marathon or family run, the course weaves through the city streets, with mountains rising inland from a fabulous shoreline making this one of the more picturesque marathons in the world.
Runners see parts of famous neighbourhoods like Praia da Reserva, Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Botafogo and Flamengo along the way. Crowds in excess of 100,000 turn out to watch in true Rio carnival style!

28 June - After breakfast transfer to the race registration. Free afternoon until carbo-loading pasta dinner
29 June - Transfer to start of Marathon starting at 8am, in the evening celebrations at the gala dinner

01 July - Free morning until returning to airport for flight to London
