Safety
Participant and ground staff safety is always
our number one priority, and the presence of
a qualified English-speaking doctor and experienced
first-aid trained staff on every event ensures
this is maintained.
A full Risk Assessment is carried out before
we proceed with any event. Every participant
has to complete a detailed medical form when
signing up to take part and no-one will be able
to travel without comprehensive
travel insurance.
The very nature of an overseas challenge and
adventure sometimes means there will be certain
elements outside our control. We work very closely
with all our local ground agents in the countries
we visit and adhere to Foreign
Office advice to ensure everyone’s
safety and security.
Currently, we have active involvement in developing
a new British
Standard to ensure safety for overseas adventures
and expeditions.
